Sales Manager

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.

 

   


Service

Technician

Responsible for the care and maintenance of field installed business equipment and will be required to maintain high standards of productivity, quality, customer service, cooperation, attendance and professionalism.

Clerical

Dispatch

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly service to customers, answers all incoming calls, and cross-sells services as appropriate.  Follows established policies and procedures in accordance with the supervisor’s direction.

   
Sales & Marketing Secretary Performs day-to-day clerical activity for the Sales and Marketing department.  Ensures that all pricing manuals are kept up to date and all marketing materials are available for customer and employee use.    
Billing

Performs day-to-day clerical activity in the Billing and Receivables department.  Ensures that all customer invoices, service contracts and miscellaneous billings are transmitted or mailed within two days of receipt of paperwork and all monies received are deposited and posted on a daily basis.

Inventory Control Performs activities to monitor and maintain inventory control of merchandise or materials. Evaluates inventory levels and notifies purchasing agent when reorders are necessary. May perform receiving, stocking, distributing, and packing in addition to inventory control. Maintains inventory records and prepares reports.    
Bookkeeping Records organization's business transactions and retains all accounting records. Posts, verifies, and reconciles accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, payroll, or other ledger accounts. Prepares statements, invoices, and vouchers. Submits reports of business financial operations.
